Portland Community Media (dba Open Signal)

During my time at Portland Community Media, I held multiple leadership roles from 2012 to 2025, progressing from Network Administrator to Director of Information Systems and other concurrent director-level positions. I oversaw major infrastructure modernization efforts, including virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes deployment, and hybrid broadcasting. I led IT and broadcast teams, managed cloud and SaaS integrations, modernized legacy ERP systems (Project Ficus), and spearheaded the organization-wide Slack rollout and network segregation project. In parallel, I directed production and distribution services, expanded teams, and guided critical initiatives such as the City Council Chambers renovation and a hybrid live/online broadcast pilot.
